These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website (www.treneesmith.com) and any of its products, services, or content including the following brands: T. Renee' Smith, She Leads With AI, CEO Life, and iSuccess Consulting. By accessing or using the site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or purchase any products or services. By using the site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site including branding, text, graphics, videos, and downloads is the intellectual property of T. Renee’ Smith and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Programs and Digital Products

Access to any coaching programs, downloads, digital courses, or membership areas is for your personal use only. Sharing login credentials, redistributing materials, or using them for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Payments & Refunds

1) Digital Products & Courses
All digital products, downloads, and courses are delivered immediately upon purchase and include proprietary content. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you're not satisfied with your digital product and have accessed less than 20% of the content, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days for assistance. After 7 days, all sales are final.

2) Physical Products (Books, Apparel, Merchandise)
We only accept returns for physical products (e.g., books, mugs, apparel) that arrive damaged or defective. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and must include photo evidence of the issue. To request an exchange or store credit, please email a photo of the damaged item to [email protected] with your order number and a brief description. We’ll gladly replace the item or offer a store credit once your request is reviewed.

3) Coaching Programs & Live Events
Due to the nature of coaching programs and live events, no refunds are offered once your enrollment is confirmed. However, if you are unable to attend your scheduled program, you have two options:

a. Transfer Your Ticket – You may transfer your spot to another qualified participant by notifying us at [email protected] at least 7 days before the program begins.

b. Request a Program Credit – You may request a one-time credit to use toward a future session of the same program within 12 months. Requests must be made before the original program start date.

Memberships
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis and may be canceled at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but no refunds are provided for prior charges or partial months. You are responsible for canceling your membership before your next billing cycle if you no longer wish to continue.

Third-Party Links

This site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Shopify store, affiliate products). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of these sites.

Limitation of Liability

Coaching Disclaimer

Our coaching services are not a substitute for medical, financial, or legal advice. We do not guarantee specific results. Your transformation depends on your commitment, effort, and willingness to engage with the process.

Agreement to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile number, you agree that SimpleTexting may send you periodic SMS or MMS messages containing but not limited to important information, updates, deals, and specials.

Pricing Disclosure
Though SimpleTexting will never charge you for the text messages you receive, message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Please contact your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.

Message Frequency
You will receive up to 4 messages per month.

How to Opt-Out
You may unsubscribe at any time by texting the word STOP to (833) 644-2491. You may receive a subsequent message confirming your opt-out request.

Participating Carriers and Disclaimer
United States participating carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular®, MetroPCS®, InterOp, Cellcom, C Spire Wireless, Cricket, Virgin Mobile and others. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Change of Number
You agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile number and update your account accordingly.

Data Collected
Data obtained from you may include your cell phone number, your carrier’s name, the date, time and content of your messages, as well as other information you provide. We may use this information to contact you and provide the services you request.

Service Changes and Termination
By subscribing or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge and agree that we may change and/or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause or advance notice.
