These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any products, services, programs, or content provided by iSuccess Consulting, Inc., including its brands such as She Leads With AI. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility 

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or purchase any products or services. By using the site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site including branding, text, graphics, videos, downloads, and proprietary frameworks is the intellectual property of iSuccess Consulting, Inc., She Leads With AI™, or T. Renee’ Smith and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

4. Programs and Digital Products

Access to coaching programs, digital courses, downloads, memberships, and live or virtual events is granted for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing login credentials, redistributing materials, or using content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

5. Payments & Refunds

Digital Products & Courses

Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase. A 7-day refund window is offered provided less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Refund requests must be submitted to hello@treneesmith.com within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, all sales are final.

Physical Products (Books, Apparel, Merchandise)

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective physical products. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include photo evidence. Email hello@treneesmith.com with your order number and details.

Coaching Programs & Live Events

Due to the nature of coaching and live events, no refunds are offered once enrollment is confirmed. If you are unable to attend:

1. Transfer Your Ticket – You may transfer your spot to another qualified participant by notifying us at hello@treneesmith.com at least 7 days before the program begins.

2. Request a Program Credit – You may request a one-time credit to use toward a future session of the same program within 12 months. Requests must be made before the original program start date.

Memberships
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis and may be canceled at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but no refunds are provided for prior charges or partial months. You are responsible for canceling your membership before your next billing cycle if you no longer wish to continue.
We’re committed to your growth and want to make sure you receive the full value of your investment whether now or in the future.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms of Service

By opting into SMS messages through a web form, program enrollment, event registration, or other opt-in method, you consent to receive SMS messages from iSuccess Consulting, Inc. or She Leads With AI, including messages related to customer care, program updates, reminders, and support communications.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

This site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Shopify store, affiliate products). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of these sites.
